Casa Felice offers a fully equipped 60 m² vacation apartment with a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom and a large balcony with city views. The apartment is air conditioned, has free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen, as well as a comfortable living area, ideal for short or extended stays.

Located in the quiet Borgata neighborhood of Syracuse, Casa Felice is within walking distance of historic sites such as the Greek Theater and the Paolo Orsi Archaeological Museum. The charming island of Ortigia is just a 15-minute walk away, with beautiful beaches and lively local markets nearby.

Nice little house, close to Ortigia, kind owner.
We spent one night at Felice house and it is very good value for money! A 10-15 minute walk from Ortigia, in a quiet neighborhood, on the second floor. The house has just been renovated and is very nice, perfect for two people. The owner is very nice and it was a pleasure to meet him! If we come back to Syracuse, we will definitely stay at Felice's house. Thank you for the hospitality!

Recently renovated (new) air-conditioned apartment on second floor very comfortable and nice. Entrance on living room-kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Large double bedroom with convenient walk-in closet complete with hangers. Location 2-3 blocks from Corso Gelone is also a short walk from both the Greek theater and Ortigia. Outside on the street you can find free parking without difficulty. Host very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
